During the current national lockdown we remain open for business.  In accordance with Government guidance, everyone should stay safe at home and the majority of our team are working remotely, with a skeleton staff working in our offices Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Contacting Us
Please continue to contact the person handling your matter, but be aware that they may be working different hours.  If you do need to contact them they may take a little longer to answer your call or to get back to you during this time.  

New clients should continue to contact us on our main office numbers and we will direct you to an appropriate person to take your enquiry.

If you are selling or buying a home, we confirm you can continue during the national lockdown.  We appreciate there may be some urgency with the upcoming stamp duty holiday deadline of 31 March 2021 and clients may wish to complete within this timescale.   We will continue to progress your transactions as efficiently as we are able whilst working remotely.  However, whilst we will do our best to meet the stamp duty deadline where you have asked us to do so, these matters are dependent on third parties, especially in cases where there is a chain of transactions involved.  We cannot therefore guarantee completion by this date.  We thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times.

Attending Our Offices 
All meetings will take place via video (such as Zoom or Facetime) or by telephone.  Face to face meetings are not available except in exceptional circumstances where it is not possible using alternative methods.  In this situation this must be arranged in advance with the person handling your matter and strict safety guidelines must be followed, which will be advised to you in advance.  Please do not turn up at any of our offices without prior agreement.  

Should you need to drop off/collect items, please do so by prior appointment only.  Alternatively, you can still use our letterboxes to drop off smaller items.
